All sales are final on all wood carving purchases. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your Handicraft selection (ie purse, backpacks, mud cloth) please return it within 10 days from the date of purchase. We will refund the purchase price or exchange it, whichever you prefer. Original processing/shipping fees are non-refundable. Please allow 14-21 business days to receive your refund. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us at or call (510) 306-2231 with information on the nature of the damage and whether you are requesting an exchange or a refund. Please include your Order Number. By clicking the Checkout button, you are agreeing to the terms of our return & exchange policy. 


Our shipping charges are based on shipping UPS or FEDEX Ground to the 48 Contiguous U.S states. We may also use Priority Mail service, especially to Post Office Box addresses. Please call (510) 306-2231 to verify shipping charges to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, or U.S. Virgin Islands. If you choose to place your order via our Website, please note that shipments outside of the 48 contiguous U.S. will have additional processing/shipping charges not immediately reflected on your Internet order receipt total. You will be contacted within 2 to 3 business days with an accurate processing/shipping quote.We cannot promise a phone call before your item is delivered. If you are not home when the shipping company tries to deliver, they may either leave the package or leave a note. We usually e-mail your shipment notification and tracking number when your order is shipped. You can also check your order status to know your expected delivery date and tracking number. 


All orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. Territories will incur additional shipping charges since they will be shipped via UPS air service. The same applies to international orders.
